Anyone is welcome to apply. The C-IDEA Conference Committee will review each submission and then present it to the C-IDEA Conference Committee staff and board members for final planning and selection. The selected exhibition will be contacted by the end of April of the following year.

Proposals should be emailed and include the following:

• Exhibition Statement/Biography
• A letter of interest the design and artwork to be displayed, including the thematic or conceptual basis of the exhibit. Any special technological, installation or similar needs should be discussed.
• 15 to 20 good-quality images (JPEG format) of the work you are interested in exhibiting.
