Selection Process:
Step 1: Your exhibition proposal will be selected based on the evaluation of submitted information. Each submission will be reviewed by C-IDEA association committee.
Step 2: Authors of approved proposal will be notified and invited to submit more information by email.

Note:
1. Your exhibition proposal will be reviewed by the C-IDEA Association Organizing Committee to determine whether to participate in the exhibition at this annual conference, and the conference organizer has no power to make decision.
2. After your exhibition is selected, you will need to bear the costs related to the production and transportation of your works, exhibition materials, and other exhibition related expenses on your own.
